Art Schools

So I'm not real big on writing journals, but I'm looking into art schools, particularly in London because 1. I love it there and 2. my friends there are encouraging me to come over.
I don't understand the system or codes for entry there at all, so I was wondering if anyone out there that knows could help me out. I'm looking to study Graphic Design, Photography and Web Design, and possibly explore other things. I was recommended Chelsea College of Art & Design, Camberwell College of Arts, and London College of Communication. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
